This matter involves a debt claim that was brought by the plaintiff in the District Court of NSW. Issues concerning the validity of a meeting (and certain resolutions taken at the meeting), alleged misleading and deceptive conduct, alleged oppression and unfairly prejudicial conduct and, alleged unconscionable conduct, have been raised. A further claim of money had and received by a Trustee has also been pleaded by way of Cross-Claim.
