Corporations and Associations Law: Principles and Issues, 2nd edition, 1992, Magna Carta Press, by John Gooley, provided a simplified analysis of the law relating to corporations and associations including many substantive developments that took place since the 1st edition was published in 1989. In particular, more extensive analysis was provided with respect to the treatment of unincorporated and incorporated non-profit associations, partnership, co-operatives, and the analysis relating to company law was expanded.
The edition was well-received and was accompanied by detailed Lecturer Workbook.
