Corporations and Associations Law: Principles and Issues, 3rd edition, 1995, Butterworths, provided an analysis of a large number of legislative changes and judicial interpretations of the law relating to corporations and associations since the 2nd edition of this work had been published in 1992. In particular, more extensive analysis was provided with respect to the treatment of unincorporated and incorporated non-profit associations, partnership, co-operatives, and the analysis relating to company law was expanded.
The edition was well-received and was prescribed in numerous courses at a number Universities throughout Australia.
The book was accompanied by a Tutorial Disk and a detailed Lecturer Workbook and became a valuable teaching and learning aid in this important area of law.
