A Guide to Business Law, 1999, 13th edition, LBC Information Services, was the thirteenth edition of a number of annually published text books first by Law Research Publications (editions 1-10) and later, LBC Information Services (editions 11-13) containing analysis and commentary on selected topics within commercial and business law.
This edition contained 27 chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership, Consumer Protection Laws, Bailment, Debt Recovery, Torts, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, Partnership, Law of associations, Restrictive Trade Practices, Property, Leases and Residential Tenancies, Intellectual Property and Income Tax. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses in TAFE across Australia and in Business Faculties in Australian Universities.
The Book was accompanied by a stand-alone Study Guide and a specialised Computorials program.
