A Guide to Business Law in New South Wales, 11th edition, 1996, LBC Information Services, was the eleventh edition of a number of annually published text books originally published (editions 1 - 10) by Law Research Publications and now published by LBC Information Services which contained expanded analysis and commentary on selected topics within business and commercial law.
This edition contained updated chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership, Consumer Protection Laws, Bailment, Debt Recovery, Torts, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, Partnership, Law of associations, Restrictive Trade Practices, Property, Leases and Residential Tenancies, Intellectual Property and Income Tax. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses including law courses run through TAFE and and in Business Faculties in Australian Universities.
The Book was accompanied by a stand-alone Study Guide.
