A Guide to Business Law (National Curriculum Edition), 1997, LBC Information Services, was a special purpose edition of a text book that was prepared for TAFE's National Core Curriculum and to be used nationally.
This edition contained chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership, Consumer Protection Laws, Bailment, Debt Recovery, Torts, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, Partnership, Law of associations, Restrictive Trade Practices, Property, Leases and Residential Tenancies, Intellectual Property and Income Tax. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses in TAFE across Australia.
The Book was accompanied by a stand-alone Study Guide and Computorials that were developed by Research Plus Pty Ltd.
