This Book was the first edition of a number of annually published text books by Law Research Publications and later, LBC Information Services, that were widely used by students studying business and commercial law.
This first edition contained 28 chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Principal and Agent, Partnership, Sale of Goods, Lay-By sales, Door-to-Door Sales, Bailment, The New South Wales Credit legislation, Consumer Protection Laws, Credit Control, Torts, Property, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, the Law of Employment and Labour Relations Law. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses.
