A Guide to Business Law in New South Wales, 8th edition, 1993, Law Research Publications, was the eighth edition of a number of annually published text books by Law Research Publications and later, LBC Information Services containing analysis and commentary on business and commercial law.
This edition contained 29 chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership, Consumer Protection Laws, Bailment, Debt Recovery, Torts, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, Partnership, Law of associations, Restrictive Trade Practices, Property, Leases and Residential Tenancies, Intellectual Property and Income Tax. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses offered by TAFE and in Business Faculties in Australian Universities.
